Online ordering through PAYPAL - Add your items to the shopping cart and follow the online instructions to pay securely through Paypal with your credit/debit card
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Postage and packaging - Every effort will be made to package your goods as well as possible but we cannot be held responsible for damage to items in the post. All goods will be wrapped in adequate packaging materials, recycled as much as possible (with waterproof cover, if needed). We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 days of receipt of full payment but parcels are normally in the post the next working day.
Gift wrapping service - If your order is a present we will happily gift wrap and enclose a card with your message and post to your chosen address, all at no extra cost to you. Just let us know when you complete your order and we will confirm the details to you, posting the invoice directly.
Returns and refunds - We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not happy then please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve any problems. If the goods are not what you have ordered, or in the unlikely event they are not in a satisfactory condition, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund (please note that p&p charges are not refundable) provided the original goods are returned within 7 days of receipt and with the original packaging.
DESIGN AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products are subject to availability and due to the unique designs and materials used we may need to offer an alternative. Goods have been represented as accurately as possible but some colours may vary. All of the goods are hand made and if a product is out of stock we will provide an alternative within 10 days, however you are free to cancel your order if this is not convenient. If you require several items they will be made to order and could take up to 2 weeks.
Privacy - All personal data collected will be used for delivery of goods and will not be passed on to any third parties. We may use this data to conatct you in future with details of new products.
